Hongxia Zhong: oilpainting

I took this photo at a vista point on Highway 1. I took this shot because I really liked the composition of this frame. The cloudy weather also helps to create a feeling of coldness and loneliness, which echoes with the view very well.
To make it non-photorealistic, I used the "Oil Painting" feature in Photoshop and set Stylization and Cleanliness to 10, which creates this very cool oil painting effect that blurs and swirls the tree branches, making everything looks slightly artificial but mythical.
The photo was taken at manual settings with f/5.6 + 1/320 sec shutter speed. ISO is set to 100 because it's in broad daylight.
